2. Products
All products are made to order and printed or embroidered after purchase. We aim to show product colors and designs as accurately as possible, but colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and the production process. Sizes and materials are described on each product page.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros. Any applicable taxes and shipping costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Payment is made at checkout using the payment methods offered. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.
4. Ordering
A binding contract is formed when you complete your order and we send you an order confirmation by email. Please check your order details carefully before confirming. You must be at least 18 years old or have a guardian's consent to place an order.
5. Delivery
Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping policy.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details and the model withdrawal form are in our Returns & refunds policy.
7. Defects and complaints
If a product is faulty or not as described, contact us within a reasonable time after you notice the defect. We will repair the issue by replacement or refund in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.
8. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). Nothing in these terms limits the rights of consumers under mandatory law.
9. Intellectual property
All designs, texts and images in this store belong to Somehow and may not be copied or used without permission.
10. Personal data
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy policy.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Please contact us first if you have a complaint — we'll do our best to resolve it. Consumers resident in Finland may also bring a dispute to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta, www.kuluttajariita.fi) after first contacting the Consumer Advisory Services. Consumers in other EU countries can get help from the European Consumer Centre in their country.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The terms in force at the time of your order apply to that order.
