14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To use your right of withdrawal, email us at somehowhelp@gmail.com with your order number and the items you want to return. You can also use the model withdrawal form below. We will reply with the return address.

• Send the items back within 14 days of notifying us.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
• You pay the cost of returning the items, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
• We refund the purchase price and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may hold the refund until we have received the items back or you have shown proof of sending them.
• Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order free of charge until it has gone into production. Email us as soon as possible.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Every piece is made to order. If your item arrives with a misprint, damage or in the wrong size or color, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund — usually without you needing to send the item back.

Your statutory rights under Finnish and EU consumer law (including remedies for defective goods) are not affected by this policy.
