Made to order

Every item is printed or embroidered just for you after you order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days (embroidered hats and beanies up to 7 business days).

Delivery times (after production)

• Finland and the EU: about 3–7 business days
• United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland: about 4–10 business days
• USA and Canada: about 4–10 business days
• Rest of the world: about 5–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays and peak seasons.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Within the EU, shipping starts from €4.99.

Where we ship from

Orders are produced and shipped by our production partner, mainly from facilities within the EU. Orders with several items may arrive in separate parcels.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Customs and duties

Orders delivered within the EU have no customs fees. For deliveries outside the EU, local import duties and taxes may apply and are paid by the recipient.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated time, email us at somehowhelp@gmail.com and we'll sort it out. Please double-check your address at checkout — we can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
